Client: 37-year-old male
Diagnosis: C5 incomplete spinal cord injury – tetraplegic, central Hypopnoea and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, Autonomic Dysreflexia
Hours: Variable. 1:1 support. To cover holidays and sickness.
Requirements:
Transfers, daily stretching, personal care, outings, and cooking. Car driver preferred.
The client enjoys being as independent as possible, including baking/cooking, gaming, and socialising.

Diagnosis: MECP2 Duplication Syndrome, Severe Developmental Delay, Epilepsy
Hours: 7 hours p/w (minimum) 1 afternoon 12 PM to 4 PM (flexible), and 1 evening 6 PM to 9 PM
Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist our client with daily essentials, including meal times, medication administration, personal care, and mobility transfers. This role operates on a 2:1 basis, ensuring you always work alongside a colleague in a supportive environment. A comprehensive training programme will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for all aspects of the role.

Diagnosis: ADHD, ASD, Global Development Delay, Sensory Processing Disorder
Hours: 10 hours term, 15 hours non-term, 1:1 support
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced and patient Personal Assistant to help our client engage with the community through activities like soft play, sensory sessions, and trips to the park. Due to the client’s limited vocabulary and lack of safety awareness, constant supervision is essential to ensure their well-being at all times.
This role also involves providing personal care, and while not mandatory, a car driver is preferred.

Diagnosis: ASD, Complex Communication Difficulties, Epilepsy (febrile seizures)
Hours: 3 hours p/w on a Saturday and Sunday, 1:1 support
Requirements:
Support is needed to help the client develop social communication skills and to accompany them to social activities, including visits to MAHDLO and POINT.
Personal Care is required, and a driver would be preferred.

Hours: 3 term, 5 non-term 1:1 support
Requirements:
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to build and maintain a supportive, trusting relationship with our client.
The client enjoys water play, animals, and spending time outdoors. They require close supervision as they have limited awareness of road safety and stranger danger, and may run off if distracted.
The role also includes providing support with personal care.
A driver is preferred.

We’re looking for one or two enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Personal Assistants who are ready to help support the client in his daily life. If you’re driven, caring, and eager to help someone live life to the fullest, this role is for you!
What to expect:
– Supporting with all personal care needs
– Helping with cooking and general household tasks
– Providing support at university
– Support to enable social activities
What We’re Looking For:
– A non-smoker
– Someone who can communicate clearly and confidently in English
– Someone physically fit
– Ideally holds a full UK driving licence
– A patient, understanding, and motivating presence during both good and challenging days
– An interest in sports, films, and food is a huge bonus!
– Someone who enjoys being socially active and inclusive, engaging with family members who also live in the property.
Hours & Rota
You will be working on a 4 day on / 4 day off rolling rota. You will be expected to provide support throughout the day and sleep shifts.
Experience & Training
Experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided – and all offers are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
