We are currently seeking personal assistants for a number of clients who require support (listed below).

Client: 20-year-old male
Complex health - including Dystonia, Cerebral Palsy, hearing loss, hip dislocation, and Bronchiectasis
Hours: 97.5 hours per week - various shifts available, 2:1 support over 7 days


The client is non-weight-bearing. He is Gastronomy fed (PEG). He requires support to access the community and also requires personal care. Full training will be provided.

Client: 35-year-old male 
Diagnosis: C5 incomplete spinal cord injury - tetraplegic, central Hypopnoea and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, Autonomic Dysreflexia
Hours: 12 hours per week 1:1 support. 1 day per week, rotating over 6 days, 12 hours/day, 7 AM - 7 PM, with the potential for additional hours and coverage for sickness or holidays. 


Transfers, daily stretching, personal care, outings, and cooking. Car driver preferred.

Client: 17-year-old female
Diagnosis: Acairdi Goutieres Syndrome, Global Development Delay
Hours: 4 hours per week term, 8 hours non-term 1:1 support (shifts to be agreed with family)


To promote social interaction, independence, and relationships including enhancing social skills and confidence. The client is also a wheelchair user, so she would prefer someone who can drive. Personal care is required, so we can only accept female applicants. The client requires routine and adult supervision at all times.

Client: 19-year-old male
Diagnosis: Autism
Hours: 4 hours per week on a Sunday, 1:1 support


To promote social interaction, build appropriate relationships, and enhance social skills and confidence.
Car driver preferred.

Client: 13-year-old female
Diagnosis: Learning disability, Horizontal Nystagmus (an involuntary, rapid, and repetitive movement of the eyes), behavioural and sleep difficulties
Hours: 3 hours per week, 1:1 support


Support is needed to help the client access various social activities in the community, develop social and communication skills, and promote independence.

Client: 10-year-old male
Diagnosis: ASD, hypersensitivity, and limited communication skills
Hours: 3 hours per week term, 6 hours non-term, 1:1 support


Support is required to assist the client in participating in community-based activities and encouraging his independence. He enjoys music, sensory activities, jumping, dancing, using the iPad, and playing football.

Client: 12-year-old male
Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy
Hours: 3 hours per week term, 5 hours per week non-term, 1:1 support


Support is required to build confidence in road safety, daily tasks, and community activities. Help foster relationships, improve social skills and promote independence. The client faces challenges with movement, memory, attention, and balance. He communicates verbally but may need prompts and patience in daily tasks. Requires constant supervision due to limited danger awareness.

Client: 39-year-old female
Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy, learning difficulties and decreased mobility (wheelchair user)
Hours: 14 hours per week, 1:1 support. Mon-Wed 4 PM - 6 PM, Fri 9 AM - 3 PM


Support is needed for all aspects of daily living including personal care/hygiene, social activities, household tasks, swimming, shopping, and socialising. A driver would be preferred.
 There are 2 cats in the property.

Client: 33-year-old female
Diagnosis: Motor Neurone Disease, anxiety and depression
Hours: 6 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 - 9 PM)


To assist the client with daily living tasks and support independent living. The client needs personal care, so we can only accept female applicants. All training will be provided including an enhanced DBS check.

Client: 9-year-old male
Diagnosis: ASD, social communication and language difficulties, sensory and learning difficulties
Hours: 3 hours per week term time on Saturdays and 6 hours per week during non-term (1 day per week, usually a Tuesday or Wednesday, during school holidays to access a holiday club)


Support is needed to help the client develop his independence and social skills. His communication is very limited, and he often communicates non-verbally by pointing and using body language. He has no danger awareness and requires supervision at all times. He prefers a structured routine and also needs assistance with personal care.

Client: 4-year-old male
Complex health - Trisomy 21 (a variant of Down syndrome) and chronic lung disease
Hours: 10 hours per week Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM, 1:1 support


Support is required to give the family a break from their caring responsibilities and enable them to meet their own needs, including the needs of their other children. We are looking for a PA who can speak Urdu/Punjabi and full training will be provided.

Client: 94-year-old female
Diagnosis: Dementia, partial sight, and hard of hearing
Hours: Average of 16 hours per week - See shift pattern below


To support in the home ensuring well-being and quality of life. Must ensure personal, social, and nutritional care is maintained at all times. Must be patient and able to anticipate clients needs and have good motivational and clear communication skills.


The shifts are as follows:
Week 1 Sat 10 am to 6 pm. Sun 10 am to 6 pm
Week 2 Any 2 days Mon 10-6, Tues 10-6, Fri 10-6
Must be available to cover for holidays and sickness.
